2. Before the mechanical work, check whether the moving part is filled with lubricating oil, then start and check whether the clutch and brake are normal, and run the machine for one to three minutes, and it is strictly prohibited to operate when the machine is faulty;
3. When changing the mold, the power should be turned off first. after the movement of the punch is stopped,the installation and debugging of the mold should be started . After the installation and debugging, move the flywheel to test twice by hand and check the upper and lower molds. Whether it is symmetrical and reasonable, whether the screws are tight, and whether the blank holder is in a reasonable position;
4.After all other personnel have left the mechanical work area, take away the debris on the workbench before they can start the power supply and start the machine;
5. After the machine tool is started, one person transports the material and performs the mechanical operation. Others are not allowed to press the button or the foot pedal switch. It is more strictly prohibited to put your hand into the mechanical work area or touch the moving part of the machine with your hand. The mechanical work It is forbidden to extend your hand into the slider work area, and it is strictly forbidden to pick and place parts by hand. When picking and placing parts in the die, you must use tools that meet the requirements. If you find that the machine has abnormal sounds or the machine fails, you should immediately turn off the power Switch on and check;
